Quick stop in for a drink (and to use the loo!) I was served by Esme, who is one of the most lovely persons I have ever met. Thankfully she reminded me to use the app! Lo and behold, I had a free drink awaiting me. With a cheeky grin, Esme encouraged me to make my freebie a large rather than a regular. The toilets were clean and well kept. I made Esme aware that I was popping to the loo quickly, and thankfully she kept my drink behind the counter, rather than leave it at the collection point - this was my drink couldn?t be tampered with by other customers (I?m a young-ish woman and these days you can never be too careful, sadly)Thank you, Esme for being a lovely human being.
