Thank you for my wonderful experience this morning. I came in wet and miserable and the girls soon had me smiling and giggling.Special thanks to Taeya and Lee for my manicure and pedicure. And Anna for finishing off my nails.I would recommend this salon to everyone.It has such a positive, happy atmosphere.I hope the boss realises how hard the girls all work.

I visited here recently as I couldn?t get in at my usual nail salon. The shop was so busy and I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had booked. There was no care and attention and no surfaces were cleaned in between clients. My gel nails were done very quickly but 4 of them have broken a week after having them done. Will not be returning here.

Very very very rude!!!!I?m paying for this service it?s not free!!! Never been somewhere so rude in my life! The lady with the short black hair and pencilled in eyebrows really hurt me and kept making faces when I asked for an extra coat of polish! Also kept talking about me to her colleagues who also laughed along. I felt bullied here!!! She tried putting an extra £3 on because I was getting the nails long and told me once it was finished instead of telling me at the start. If you want to go somewhere to get your nails done property in a decent environment then here is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE.Service: Acrylic nails

Made an appointment, when I arrived one person ahead of me. About 5 mins later someone else arrived, obviously knew the staff well. The first person and the last person to arrive was seen next. I was told they would not be long. This was by now 15 minutes after my booked appointment. I decided to leave, will not be going back there. They don't deserve my money

The best place in stafford at the moment for a pamper session! Women are so friendly, kind and attentive - love them! Anything I don't like on my nails they will happily change out and re-do. Can always walk in too.Services: Pedicure
