Unfortunately not the best. Ordered my prescription on the 24th Nov, which when eventually seen after a long wait was told it was missing and they had to find it. I’ve always thought it was a good practice but now the system for booking appointments is useless I’m worried when dr knight retires she’s the only doctor I trust
