The service department at Stafford Audi are awful, rarely had good customer service from them, whether its missing things or being rude, there's always something.Recently took one of our Vehicles in (twice!) for inspection under warranty work, both times Stafford found no issue with the vehicle, even after sending numerous evidence videos for the team to review.After speaking to Audi UK they booked me in at a different dealership, who within the day identified the faults and rectified them free of charge the car was ready to collect the next day, without the need to send emails and try to prove it myself. They even gave me a courtesy car which Stafford would charge £20 for insurance purposes.I've also received numerous calls saying that the car is due for a service, (It isn't) but Jake told me that in 2019 it switched to yearly, the car is from 2021 and was serviced by Stafford in 2023 they should know this. (Car is on a long life/oil quality monitoring plan)To add to this, Jake specifically is rude and argumentative both in person and over the phone, not a pleasure to deal with under any circumstance multiple times.I've since told them to remove me from their system and hope not to hear from them in the future.

I delivered my Audi Q5 ( which I purchased from Stafford Audi) to Audi Hurricane Close on the 11th March for some extra work to be done on.My car was looking like new when i received it back from the service guys. Thank you Mr. Steve Hampton (Manager) and all the staff for making my visit a very pleasant experience.

We collected car from Stafford Audi after having a repair that cost upwards of £3,000 and they left us with 0 miles.I said to them how come you left us with 0 miles, how can we get to a fuel station or get home and he goes ?not my problem?Safe to say, we travel to Wolverhampton Audi now where the service has been significantly better.

A really fantastic service right from the offset! Nothing has been too much trouble at all. The service from Leigh has been superb, spending hours trying to source a build slot so we could receive an order as soon as possible!We then visited in person today to place an order and again received fabulous service from Leigh.Looking forward to picking up the new car in a couple of months!Thanks ??

Having dealt with other Audi garages, Stafford is my preferred. They have been genuine with me with my Car's MOTs & Services and also helpful if I needed any assistance.

AVOID at all costs! 0/100 customer service from the service department. Rude, abrupt, obnoxious, zero empathy, no knowledge on their own T&C?s, incorrect advice, spoke over me during a phone call. The list goes on.Told me that my ?approved audi warranty? was only covered by the dealership we bought the car from & that I would be charged for diagnosing the issue, which isn?t correct. Further, couldn't fit the car in for over a month as ?EV?s are their priority?. Avoid buying a R/S from here, so called ?RS Specialist? dealer.He also said ?if you would have bought a car from me, I would have looked after you?Complaint to head office needed as all phone calls are recorded.AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have previously had an issue with the service team at Stafford, and recently needed my cameras calibrated following a new windscreen. Being part of the Swansway Group, I initially contacted Stafford Audi, where my car has been previously. Stafford took three days (and numerous chase calls) to get a price for the calibration. Whilst waiting for a price, I decided to call Stoke Audi (part of the same group) who gave me a price in 5 minutes. When I eventually got a price from Stafford, I was shocked that the two centres could vary so much in price with Stafford being 2.5 times more expensive than Stoke. I raised this with both the service manager and general manager. I was somewhat surprised to be told the difference was due to the profitability of the site and Stoke having more technicians. I was also surprised that Stafford had the audacity to call Stoke and ask them why they were doing the calibration for the price I?d been quoted - not very professional, and neither was the comment from the general manager to take it Stoke to get the job done. But, I listened to his advice, bought it to Stoke, service desk was a welcome surprise to Stafford with people looking up at you, smiling and helping you - again vast comparison to Stafford Audi. I have now taken the decision that whilst it?s inconvenient, my car will never re-visit Stafford again, and anything that needs doing, will be done at Stoke. They even wash and vacuum your car better, so it?s a win win all round for Stoke Audi and a huge thumbs down for Stafford Audi. My advice?.if you need work doing on your car get a price from Stafford, then Stoke, you may be surprised how much the price can differ being 12 miles down the road. I saved £270.00 for the same job!

Fantastic service from Samantha leading up to, and including the car handover.Samantha very kindly played along and created a great surprise for my wife who was not expecting to collect a new car when she visited to look at a 'secondhand' selection.Samantha was great with communications and helped with aftermarket policies if wanted.Great service all round. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, awful experience. Unfortunately becoming a more common service level - take it or leave it.Just booking the car in was amusing enough. Speaking to someone with zero intelligence she asks "would you like a courtesy car?" I say yes please. She says 'we don't have any" Genius! Then a four week wait to get it in. Well done.I took my Audi, still under warranty for work and all they did was try to dodge Audi UK's liability and bill me for work not completed. Ultimately it ended with pay the bill we decide the value of or you don't get your still unrepaired car back and then put the phone down. Nice people!Go to the showroom and trust your instinct,Staffed by young, inexperienced, incapable people with massive egos and zero skill.I tried to contact the so called manager who avoided me.If you want to waste your time and money, these are the boys!Re the comment from Stafford Audi below; I used the correct route through your management including getting the attention of the manager. No one was interested.The first time you react is when it may damage your interests. You had no interest in me as a customer and I therefore will not be taking up your hollow offer.Edit two re the now changed response from Audi Stafford;It is indeed covered by the extended warranty. I spoke with you about this and asked you to show me the exclusion in the t?s&C?s and you couldn?t - because there is no exclusion. Only for mechanical or electrical failure is there an exclusion - not leaks. You did send me an odd video as you further filled my car with water along with an inexplicable quote for £1440. When questioned what this was you told me it was to investigate further. I again requested the reason I would be charged and you failed to give an explanation.A pity we have to have this conversation here instead of you having the courage to talk with me directly without putting the phone down!
