Special mention to the optician on duty - he was outstanding! I felt like he had all the time in the world for me, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. His professionalism and personal touch made a huge difference to my experience. The entire service was superb, but he truly went above and beyond.

I love using specsavers, all the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. I think it's amazing how knowledgeable they are and all seem happy in their work. Great range of frames, I do wish there were some thicker frames in the lower price range but that's because my lens are so thick. Can't think of a bad thing to say about this shop. Awesome opticians, equally awesome dispensers. Amazing aftercare too. Keep doing what you're doing Specsavers Stafford ??

The prices are becoming ridiculous. I asked for new lenses in my 15 month old glasses and was quoted £310. This included £40 for removing the old lenses. I will have to look elsewhere after over 35 years.

A huge thank you to all of the staff that me and my children have encountered in the last week. From the front of house staff to the optometrists, everyone has been fantastic.
Maurice was extremely thorough with both mine and my children?s eye tests - my son needed an onward referral to Ophthalmology which was actioned immediately by him.
Kieron was super helpful when I was choosing glasses. Really valued his opinion. I?d have been stood there another 3 hours I think, trying to choose!
Also to mention Jo (front of house), Dave and Jason who have all been amazing. Hope I haven?t missed anyone! Thank you all.
