Steven is very kind person and I don?t know him personally but I?ve seen him over a few weeks have difficult conversations with customers not about my issues but unfortunately under the restraints of having no stock etc he has had to hold the fort with unhappy customers its extremely stressful and apparently it?s new management I?ve been in many times . Steven has politely addressed issues that have been about lack of products for me It?s not ok for him to constantly apologise so Sort it out.
order vape?s nearly 2 weeks and none ordered no bags etc . Your lucky he?s so nice !!!! 5 star for Steven . But 2 stars for you for letting him be the brunt of the customer?s disappointments it?s not ok because its your failure and not knowing how to order for a business. Please do better ! Feel free to add a comment and I?m happy to come in and discuss.

I had the worst customer service I had ever received today off of Luke. Pointed his finger in my face, accused me of stealing (whilst holding a card trying to pre-pay for fuel).

I think one of the staff ( I know his name aswell) working here today is having a bad day. He was very rude and making some raciest and gender comments which I don?t wanna share here publicly. Can shell authority please call him and ask if he is okay?Visited here since ages and experienced this for the first time.

Although the staff is friendly, smiling, friendly and professional, that's not all.There is always something missing. No more tobacco, no more filter, no more diesel fuel, no more of this, not of that.Or something that doesn't work. The national lottery machine does not workManual washing does not work or works poorly every time I goThe machine to inflate tires dittoVery often no gloves available to use the pumpsIn short, small negative points but which put together become really problematic. I live nearby but from now on I go to other businesses on foot or by car. It wastes time and pollutes the planet but I am sure to find what I need at a safe cost elsewhere, Tesco express or the station near the prison.Despite the fact that I greatly appreciate the staff, I think it is important to give an honest and impartial opinion to Google map users.

Filled up here after flood clean up. Resulted in car needing fuel tank removal and emptying due to 80% of fuel pumped into tank being floodwater. Their tanks are obviously not flood proof, and as we know it floods there A LOT.

Sick of being spoken to rudely by members of staff (one in particular). Shouted at for not putting my items back after aggressively being told the till wasn't working and being called stupid for not wanting to purchase items on offer.

Pringles are £4 a tub. The guy who works there is a complete creep who uses an electric cigarette on the fore court... this shell also doesn't abide by shell rules and regulations. As a biker I was told, rather bluntly to remove my helmet. I did and when I queried this I was told it wasn't a shell garage. Well mate it's got shell written all over it so surely the policy should remain the same? Joke. Wouldn't mind it so much if the guy wasn't a complete idiot and talks to people like he does
