Would be better if you didn?t have to pay for parking. The store is a great size with big variety of brands, there?s also an Argos in store and a large selection of TU clothing

Just moved to area always like Sainsbury?s good food although can be more pricey than other stores. But it?s the staff in this store that needs a course on customer service . Not knowing system on parking I asked them they are rude, unhelpful. & Unpleasant .

All staffed checkouts were closed. I thought we would have a few more years before we start to see this. Why would I choose to do something that others get paid for? I will not be returning. If I wanted to scan shopping; I would work in a shop.

Great super market ,good selection, some great prices on food and clothes ,nice big store so plenty of room to walk around without bumping into others ,air conditioning which is lovely when hot weather ,staff good and helpful ,easy access for all ,also key cutting and photo booth with argos inside ,plenty of parking for all ,highly recommend

You have to pay for parking. Even though you get it back. If you forget to pay, you will be find by the council. You also have to find a ppind coin to get a trolly. Othet supermarkets in Stafford have free parking an mo guss putting money in trollies.

Been here a few times and with my nectar card I get some bargains.But
if only there were decent and cheaper charging points as it's a huge supermarket but with only 4 expensive charge points and such a walk for disabled drivers to charge a car

I dread when anything goes wrong in this store because of the customer service. O returned a raw loaf of bread to ask for a baked loaf of bread and have had a straight up refund on rotton meat. Having contacted online customer services about another faulty item i attended the store where neither sbury customer services or argos could help me. A manager was consulted off the shop floor who went against the online customer service representative & refused an exchange. The manager did not come out to speak to me themselves. I have contacted customer services online again today.

Typical sainsburys.. Downside is pay for parking but you do get this back if you spend a minimum of £5 in store.
