Tried to buy fish, my partner has a 350ltr tank and has kept fish for years his setup is beautiful. Asked to purchase fish to be told because we have Angel fish we cannot buy any, are the staff actually aquarists, who solely specialise in fish? I think they need to look at how they house and treat the animals they have in store the hamsters alone are far too big for their enclosures there were 3 in one who appeared to be around 3-4months old with a wheel that's not adequate for a Syrian hamster and will cause issues with the spine. Also there is no space for them to move or burrow. Yes I own a hamster who is well looked after and I have done my research the pets at home cages are not the correct size to house a Syrian the Savic ones you can buy from them are.
