Decided on using tonight after a rough day. Pizza fantastic but man behind the counter taking the order not very friendly and took order down wrong, which is fine but not much in the way of apology. Seemed surprised when I refused the one offered. Terrible manner. Might be better not having him front of desk. Sun 7th July 9.45pm/10pm. Have always recommended this branch but won't again. Service horrendous.

Their staff don?t seem to be able to park on the retail park where the shop is, for some reason they need four spaces for a Vauxhall and a Peugeot

Used to be , the Best Pizza and staff until my recent none delivery & waiting patiently incase unforseen circumstances had happened . But the phone call 3 hours after original order and saying it never existed after voice to voice telephone call is the issue .

Been a client for 3+years now and the quality of the food, the service and overall experience is getting worse and worse with every order. Ordered through the app for collection and paid, got confirmation email that is being processed and there was no issues. 15 mins later went to collect the order no one said anything to us so we left. The moment we got home i got a very rude phone call why i have collected without paying and i should go back and pay. First the order won?t go through them if it haven?t been paid, second even if it did why no one said anything on collection and third the order was messed up. Had the bank statement ready as they said they will have to call again and investigate?? Never again, also the pizzas have been so greasy lately, garlic bread burnt, cold sides.. The quality is not worth the prices.

Ordered from here before. I called today to ask if they had any local orders only to have the phone put down on me. I know I'm out of their delivery area which is why I called to ask. A simple sorry but no would have covered the matter

I have previously placed orders with this establishment. Today, I called to inquire about the possibility of local orders, only to have the phone abruptly disconnected on me. I understand that my location falls outside of their delivery area, which prompted my call for clarification. A courteous response acknowledging the limitation would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was perceived as rude.

People leaving fake reviews saying been using it for 20+ years, it's only been open around 5 years. The buildings are 5 years old so impossible and fake.Tried a few times from here and been soggy everytime. Tastes nice but not cooked properly

Service was good no issues there food however. First time eating Papa John's and can actually say won't be going there again, we spent £40 on food and the best things there were the cookie dessert and Pepsi max drinks.Usually I write reviews always as positive as possible if true but this one isn't the case.We ordered large pepperoni pizza with a cheese bottom of which wasn't the case it was just a normal thing pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni on it was dry. Tato tots as a side wasn't cooked properly and cold inside...And garlic and cheese sticks as a side and was dry didn't taste the garlic what so ever. Were food lovers... we love pizza ? ... the dessert ive no issues about it was okay. Hope others experiences to this was different think ill stick with a domino's next time.. xo
