Steve recently helped us buy our forever home!!When we found the house & made our offer, our house wasn?t even on the market.Steve went out of his way to get our house ready for sale within a couple of days & in less than a week we had a number of viewings & then an offer which helped us secure our new house.Even when we were weeks into the conveyancing process, Steve helped us negotiate a couple of things with our vendors.He really went above & beyond!!!I?m never moving again, but if I were too I?d definitely use Steve/Open House & recommend their services to friends & family.

Steve was really professional in all he did, from the first meeting through all the negotiations and hurdles along the way to final completion.The highlight of the process was the photography, video and 3D walk through technology he used in the listing - I think this really 'sold the house' as we had many viewings on the back of it with positive feedback from the viewers too.Steve was always on hand to give advice and we had complete confidence in him.We lost one sale, but Steve was there right away - we re-listed the same afternoon and had new viewings booked by the end of the week and a new sale.He was there on the final day of our move too. He collected the keys and handed them over to the buyer once the sale was completed the next day.Highly recommended! (and a very competitive price too!)

We can highly recommend Open House as a first class Estate Agent. Steve?s photography and sale presentation together with prompt and excellent communication resulted in the speedy and smooth sale of our house. We opted for the up-front fixed fee and felt we had excellent value for money. We will certainly use Open House in the future.

As a first time purchaser I must say that the service and communication of this company is rubbish. My partner and myself made arrangements with Steve to view a property on the Sunday. we were both happy to proceed and asked for a second viewing 3 days later (on the Wednesday at 6pm) an acceptable offer was agreed with the vendor. All the relevant paperwork was sent to Steve the following day. Steve said that he would speak with the vendor (why i don't know) because the offer had been accepted. On the following day (Friday) I had to contact Steve due to him not getting back to me and he said "I hate doing this but another offer had been accepted". A very poor and unprofessional service and made it even worse as a first time purchaser. He also had the cheek to say if the property fell through then he would get back to me. (I DONT THINK SO) !!!

Used open house to sell out home. Agent was very pleasant and attentive throughout the sale. Photos where great and 3D tour is a very useful aid to show off the house. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Steve and open house, was nothing less then top classSo when I come to the decision to sell my house I rang lots of different estate agents, Steve was one of the agents who offered me the highest house sale value and his rates was one of cheapest of all the other agents,But most importantly he was not pushy so it was no brainer to choose Steve and open house,From start to finnish Steve was 100% professional and if there was any problems or questions, I had no problems getting hold of Steve though his mobile, customer service outstanding ?One of the massive plus ? with Steve is he would arrange viewing from peoples inquirys over the weekend where some estate agents only operate 9 till 5 mon till Fri,Steves pictures of the house was really good and 3d camera equipment from the house walk though was the same package ? what Other estate agents was offering me who was charging over double Steve fee,I would recommend Steve to any one selling there property, brilliant service and great value ??
