Visited O2 stafford on the 1.8.25 after the address I moved to had no WiFi and I'd used all of my allowance included in my contract. My circumstances were sensitive and temporary and I was unsure what would be the best option I was lucky enough to be greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Wing who was extreemly knowledgeable and thorough, after explaining my circumstances he so kindly offered me the best possible deal available within his authority which I was extreemly greatfull for. This gentleman took the time to listen and understand my temporary circumstances and generously gave me an amazing deal for 6 months this bought a tear to my eye and am so greatfull I would like say the staff in the stafford branch especially wing are thoughtful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them, I will continue to be a loyal 02 customer purely because of the service and kindness I received. Thank you so much xxxx

O2 rolling out end of 2g and 3g Phones. We purchased a new phone Doro, which my uncle loves. Unfortunately we experienced one or two problems getting the back office to understand what was happening with the old and new phones . I think it is probably the volume of people involved and they are extremely busy . Went into O2 Stafford and spoke by accident to the manager
Aaron and he has been on the case for me and it is now resolved. Thank you Aaron for your help, it is very much appreciated, you kept going until it was sorted.

I want to take the time to say thank you to Wing. He restored my faith in the company.
I had a terrible experience with 02 the past year (which is a separate issue that's being dealt with). I went into the stafford store to switch up my phone to a more understated / cheaper phone to get my bills down. He was incredible, he went through all my options, helped me to put in a complaint and sorted me out with a new cheaper phone that I wanted. He really took the time to understand how frustrating this must have been (even though it wasn't there store that I had the complaint about). He was honest, reassuring and went above and beyond for me. It wasn't just me, I saw the way he interacted with other customers, just an all round lovely person. Thank you Wing - the stafford store is amaze?, thanks guys!

I can?t thank the Staff in the O2 shop enough. They go way and beyond their duties. My Uncle and I went in this morning and they couldn?t have been more helpful. Aaron is amazing. Josie is brilliant at finding a package that suited us perfectly. All the staff helped out in their own way. Thank you again xx

My husband and I cannot praise enough the wonderful staff in the Stafford store. Aaron is a Knight in shining armour. Extremely caring,and going the extra mile for us customers. We will tell our friends and family to use o2 stafford because of our experience today. ???
