I’ve been into Stafford branch a few times now and the staff are really helpful. Customer service is excellent. Nationwide are so much better than my previous bank, it’s a breath of fresh air.

Great building society locally, as I found customer service dreadful through telephone banking - I changed who I have my account with. I work from home 4 or 5 days per week which is why I needed to rely on telephone banking at times. I still do have my mortgage with them though.
