The place was an absolutely a mess,chips,sauces ect on the floor,youths taking over the place without ordering food,feet on tables & the staff didn't even do a thing.would not visit the place again & I would sack the manager.

I have ordered from here a number of times and never received the correct order. I get you don?t have to have much between the ears to work at such places, but you?d think they could read off a list of items and then put those items in a bag.

I waited over 30 minutes for the breakfast that I ordered. I asked the server why service was taking so long and how much longer it would take but I was completely ignored. I asked again and how long will my order take, I felt this was a reasonable question to ask but yet again I was ignored. Rob who seemed to be the senior person in charge decided that the best way to answer my question was too challenge the amount I of time I had been waiting. Unfortunately for Rob my waiting time was confirmed by the other 15 customers that were waiting for their orders. Rob had every opportunity to demonstrate his customer skills and give me a reasonable explanation however his customer service skills were appalling and given my 30 years experience of working in customer service I feel I have gained enough valuable experience to be judgemental in this review.
The managers were not visible until my departure. Kim who introduced herself as the manager on duty was very negative and challenged my opinion despite not even being present and having no idea why I was disappointed with my visit. I can only assume the poor customer service I received is due to the poor training the staff have received.
I have used this Macdonald's branch twice. Two times too many.

Went there before cinema. Waited over 30 mins and no food. No-one was serving on front of desk. Could see people in the back just standing there not knowing what there doing. Then asked for refund. Took man?s just another 10 mins to attend to that. Worst McDonald?s I have ever been too. Would never go there again.
