Today 19/8/25 taken my two daughters for a bra fitting there first time. I had previously booked two slots left a comment explaining they was nervous and that could they book myself in with them that?s 1hr slot for 3 of us.
We turn up a little early like we was told to. I was greeted with unprofessional behaviour.
The two ladies on the bra fitting said I need to book, I had , then said I need to show them the email they have no Tracey of any booking which was fine or the comments I had left, They both walked away from me in middle of a conversation left me hanging.
So I was a little confused. so we walked away the older lady that does the fittings came back to me why I asked my daughters to have a look what sort of bra they wanted,
I told the older lady that I found her very rude her leaving me in middle of conversation. I said its ok I?m going now I don?t expect to be rudeness from a shop like marks and Spencer from your self and co worker witch also left middle of a conversation,
the last time I went for myself for a fitting the older lady that does the fitting called me a Large women I?m not that big im a size 14. I just thought I push it to the side,
but to get this treatment I had today I will not shop in marks and Spencer?s again,
now on to the younger lady she said she could see I was upset, she wanted her two pence, I asked her to leave me alone, you could see that both lady?s had a conversation about me saying i wasn?t happy that I said they was both rude.
I?m now about to write into m&s

Good selection of personal and household items .lifts and elevators plus safe underground parking good food hall where you can get most food and drink items . Excellent fresh veg and herbs ranges. Fresh fish and meat plus deli and cheese counters. Excellent clean fresh toilet facilities and cafe serving coffee and snacks plus easy lunch options. Poor security with shop lifting taking place while l was there .

Went into M&S to buy the new chocolate digestive ice cream sandwiches as advertised on the M&S Stafford facebook page. Asked one of the staff who wondered if it was the strawberry and cream ice cream sandwiches?? He was nice tho and apologised for the mix up. I was then told they dont have it in stock and would be available in large M&S stores. So, why advertise and say its available in your local store when they dont have it????
