MFC carpets arrived on time as promised, Aaron and Mark were very very good, Carpets were fitted professionaly to a very high standard, with both guys also putting the heavy furniture back in place. Leaving the property clean and tidy.Well done MFC also thanks to Dan and Katie who assisted in the measuring and placing of the order.

I had to have carpets fitted in 3 day. Dan sent 2 gentleman out measure the carpet and price up. They down 3 days later excellent job and lovely flooring and carpet. I will going back I will recommend mc carpets to friends and family

Excellent initial impressions over the phone and email. Polite, friendly, knowledgable and professional. Quick, clear responses via email. Booked them to do the job on these first impressions and reasonable quote. Great chaps turned up to fit our vinyl flooring today (Aaron and Mark). In person, again they were courteous, friendly, did the job very quickly and to a high standard. Can't fault them, would use again and would recommend to others. Very good value for money. £4000 more expensive than another flooring shop in Stafford. Decided to go back to look at carpets but Dan was annoyed we?d not used him for floor, patronising & condescending and eventually just rude. If you want a good price and good service, go elsewhere .UPDATED: In response to your question - we?d previously used you for multiple projects & rentals alongside family & thought we?d give you the benefit of doubt for this carpet being a loyal customer - however, since you were rude I?ve found the same product elsewhere cheaper, again.FYI The price was indeed like for like.

Katie took my order ,very patient and helpful,all staff were so friendly and helpful ,my carpet arrived today ,two lovely men put the carpet down and I am so pleased with it ,they also were excellent and friendly ,service I received was really good from all ,and lots of carpets to choose from .would recommend m f c .
