We saw a pharmasist today about my daughters ear as docs were short staffed. I wasnt sure what to expect, but was very impressed with care she received, she is 9 and was spoken to like a person, explained everything he will be doing showed the tool he will be using etc. Gave advice about the care and further steps.
If ever come to this that we need to used this service again, I will be doing it with full confidence. Thank you.

I would like to do a HUGE shout out to the wonderful employees of Mill Bank Pharmacy Stafford, especially Heidi and Jenny who were kind, supportive and incredibly helpful recently sorting my mums blister packs of medication. These were organised and ready to collect In a super timely manner, nothing was too much trouble. I don't think you realise what such a significant positive difference you have made for us as a family... thank you and please remember, you're valued and appreciated. One very stress free daughter!

The staff here are so helpful and kind. Never too much hassle to help. I was struggling with getting a doctors appointment so Aman suggested some vitamins and the problem went away in days. So very happy. Always a great service

I have used pyramid pharmacy on Millbank from when they took over ownership and have been very impressed with the service and promptness of ordering and receiving my medication. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I was also offered a free blood pressure test which is really reassuring during times when G.P surgeries may be busy. Overall excellent!!
