We have had the most stress free and great experience with John German and their wonderful employee Becky Scargill who has been so helpful, friendly, supportive and always available whenever we needed advice. The whole process was smooth, efficient with fantastic communication and very professional throughout. Becky made us feel valued and supported throughout. They sold the house for the asking price within six weeks of starting the process. They looked after all viewings so the process was painless. they always kept me informed of progress and addition visits by the buyers and their agents.

Can't praise the team at Brocton enough! We recently purchased through John German and from the first contact everyone was so pleasant to deal with, always having a professional and helpful attitude, even when I was ranting about inefficient solicitors.In particular Claire Midgley was brilliant - constantly chasing solicitors and pushing the purchase through, and was always keen to help.On the day of the move there were some issues and in Claire's absence the team in the office were great, chasing the finances and getting us in our new home.The best bit is that we didn't even pay them as we were the buyers..In the stress of all the issues of preparing to move house it was nice to have a reliable efficient team to help in all aspects. I have just sold my house through John German and the whole process was a pleasure. Reiss did our initial valuation and was very helpful and honest. He gave us a genuine overview of the market and took our situation into consideration as well without being pushy in any way.The after-sales team who talked us through the whole process were also a credit to the business, they kept us up to date the whole time and responded within minutes to any question or issues we had.Our house was sold so quickly and I would definitely use John German again and recommend them every time!

Myself and my partner have been moving in to a rented property with this agency recently.Staff at John German have been nothing but polite, professional, and efficient in answering our queries and/or concerns. Hopeful this will continue throughout our tenancy with them.An issue with our boiler appeared on move in day which was reported by John German without us needing to get involved which was a great help when moving in. Awaiting response regarding this.Awaiting move in report (inventory) due to short turnaround.Overall, we felt John German have been helpful and supportive during our move which can be a stressful time.

We recently sold our house with John German, and had a fantastic experience. Julie Gomersall handled our sale, and worked hard to get a great deal of viewings very quickly. We had 3 asking price offers within just a few weeks!From there, Claire took care of our sale progression, and was absolutely fantastic. She worked tirelessly to join together quite a tricky chain, going far above and beyond to ensure it all went through!Couldn't recommend the team at Brocton enough.
