Asked for a size they don?t have in stock late on Friday evening. Young man on the counter in the Stafford store put through a home delivery for us which arrived Sunday lunchtime, with no delivery charge. Excellent customer service..

Lovely guy on the till and opening the changing rooms very well mannered and polite, not sure on his name but if you see this you know who you are, highly recommend here.

Did an online order for store collection as item was really good reduced price, postage was free to collect from store and it arrived quicker than expected. On collection customer service was very poor and slow!
