Had another visit at my favourite place Ivy Beauty Lounge. I had Bernadette do my treatments this time. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely love this salon and their wonderful therapists. They are so down to earth and lovely. Would not go anywhere else!

I have treatments with Lauren regularly .Lashes, massages, waxing and facials.She always manages to totally relax me, and we have great chats!Her massages are absolutely amazing ..... that's her forte, but saying that, she is professional and proficient with all her other treatments.Highly recommend this salon, always enjoy my visits , I leave feeling so happy and relaxed , thank you ladies, especially Lauren x

I used my Christmas voucher for my pamper package at the ivy beauty lounge. I had a 90 minute treatment from Lauren that was absolutely gorgeous. I had a massage and a facial and I felt truly relaxed afterwards. Can?t wait for another one. I highly recommend

Today was my first time at the salon, after moving to Stafford and not knowing who were the best in town but, I can confidently now say that Ivy Beauty Lounge are the best in town! Special shoutout to Lauren who did my eyelashes. Great company, great customer service and GREAT eyelashes. Highly recommend.

Got my lashes done 8 days ago and was fairly happy with them. However, I asked and paid for hybrids and after 3 hours of lying on the bed, my lashes were still quite sparse, didn?t even look half done, and didn?t look at all like the pictures on their website. I followed the guidance of the technician to not get them wet for 24 hours, avoid getting products on them, and brushing and washing them regularly - but in only 8 days of having them done, nearly all the lashes have fallen out. I paid £40 for these and feel like I?ve been completely ripped off. These lashes were for Christmas and it?s come to Christmas day and I?ve had to put cluster lashes on as it looks as though I have no extensions on at all. Before and now photos are included (first two after being done, second two now).

Soooooo happy with my eyelashes. After moving to Staffordshire recently, Im beyond delighted to have met Kelly and trusted her with my lash extensions. She immediately knew exactly what I wanted. I could not rate Kelly highly enough! I have been to her a few times for classic eyelash extensions and she is great. I have used Kelly on a number of occasions for Eye Lash Tint, Lash Lift, Waxing and Henna brows at her beautifully decorated salon, which is in a great location. Kelly has always been very accommodating and booked me in at short notice. Kelly is professional and friendly and the tints last well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly.

Poor service eye lashes fell out after one week me and friend , phoned she said complementary lashes however had covid had to cancel then she tried to charge giving50% off not just one person but 2 clients, we will never use her again as not customer friendly, and poor workmanship cannot own up to mistakes
