“Recently had a delivery of doors and exterior cladding. The delivery man Jake was extremely helpful and went the extra mile given that the unloading position was far from ideal.Another asset to the company in my opinion and should be encouraged to progress further.”

“Wow, absolutely enormous. It is in a field so not 100% Disabled friendly although I did see a couple of people using wheelchairs. There are the usual refreshment stalls and some portaloos at the bottom end of the field. Plenty of parking although a wait to get in. Opens around 11 for buyers with free entrance.”

“Was after shiplap and it was urgent. As I was on a job completion and on the Tradepoint website it was in stock in several stores. However after travelling around the Midlands. ( Birmingham & Coventry ) the staff had said there was no stock even after they had failed to tell me that on the phone. Not the first time this has happened. When you are in the trade and tradepoint staff cant be bothered to update the stock it can causes serious implications especially if you are relying on them. The reason for 5 stars at Stafford was because the staff was very helpful Nathan in particular. He went above and beyond expectations and managed to get hold of the stock and was very helpful. And another trade point staff member was very polite and helpful. Have to say thanks Nathan and the Tradepoint staff at Stafford for your help. Hopefully others will learn from you guys ?”

“Good shop for competitive prices but some products are still more expensive than Amazon. The staff aren't easily available and don't always know where things are, have been told wrong information in the past. However there usually isn't a long wait for the till.”

“Friendly store, 2 floors with a escalator and lift. Free parking with ample spaces. Front of store offers disability and mother & baby dedicated spaces.
Store has a cafe, as well as George clothing, with changing rooms, George home, electricals, toys, books, cards and a seasonal section - Garden, Christmas etc.
The retail park can get really busy which can cause queueing when exiting.”

“This evening, I visited Currys to collect my 65-inch Sony TV. Unfortunately, the TV didn’t fit in my car. Despite Tom and Andy’s efforts to find a solution, their main priority was ensuring the TV could be transported safely, which I greatly appreciated.

We agreed to refund and reorder the TV for home delivery, with a small delivery charge. They also honored the online price I had paid for the TV.

Tom and Andy were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the TV I was purchasing. They even provided me with the full specifications, which I hadn’t been aware of before. I found their service outstanding—they’re a real credit to Currys.

My TV is scheduled to be delivered next Tuesday, and I can’t wait!”

To my great shock and surprise, he has a shop in Stafford called Matalan. “Visited when passing to look for bookcases. A great selection was available. I found three and the lovely shop manager kept them for me and helped me load them later that afternoon, despite having to keep an eye on the shop at the same time.”
