How can you pay two different prices for the exact same item under the same brand? I saw the item on the H&M app for less, but this store?s manager refused to honour the price adjustment ? something other H&M stores have done without issue. H&M customer service confirmed it should have been matched, yet management here ignored it. Poor service and zero sense.

Men's department is awful, no colour whatsoever only Black, Grey & other dark colours, You can't call it a fashion store because it's all a type of clothing you would probably just slob around in, I haven't seen anything worth spending money on in years plus what they are selling is well overpriced, I'd prefer to spend a little more on good quality by shopping in River Island or Next.

Clothes are ok, but we were thrown out of the changing room, half done, at 5.30 - half an hour before closing and still getting changed?!? Some people can only shop after work/school (after 5pm) so there is not much time to try clothes on here. Store manager was useless when I complained - she was keen to close shop and go home. Might as well close at 5pm! Worst H&M we have been to.

Bit priceyClothes are not that great for the prices and they don't have a great underwear range .My suggestion is that if your looking for bras or pants etc ,go somewhere else as they don't have alot of choices I.e four maybe that's it and I'm not exaggerating there

terrible customer service. I've tried to use the fitting rooms to try one pair of pants at 5.35 (shop closing at 6pm) but I've been refused the access, despite being pregnant and really needed a new one, as they close them early to be sure they will be out at 6. I had to buy two sizes and will need to go back to return the one that doesn't fit.
