If only I could leave no stars. So I needed a stair carpet for a flight of stairs and was told I would need 16 meters of carpet, I protested this seemed a bit much but a second member of staff insisted that yes, I would definitely need 16 meters, which I paid for, despite my reservations. The staff did not send anyone...
