Awful. Wouldn't deal with them again even if someone paid me. I wouldn't use this estate agent again if somebody had a gun to my head! The worst customer service iv ever experienced! Conmen and bully's would be the only way to describe them they took every penny of my money they possibly could and gave me the most shocking service possible in return!
