Just wanted to give a shout out to Stacey (in the stafford branch) for her amazing customer service! I had a problem with one of the products I purchased and thought I just wasted £24 but after calling the branch she told me I could come down to site and she would sort it. when showing up she was extremely friendly and fixed the issue very quicky.
I spend on average £300 every month in this branch and will continue to do so due to her good service! The way she dealt with the problem retained a customer!

Very impressed with this store, don't just sell frozen food! Only went in for some frozen vegetables & came out with 2 carrier bags full!

I shop at least once a month. Recent visit disappointed me I especially went for coffee deal but due to all my goods not going through the till at the same time and assured I had paid the correct monies. When I checked at home the shop had cost me more. However this was a one off and I will be more savvy next time.

Over the last 6 years I have been shopping here I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. There is a good selection of products for a discount shop, and the money off coupons can be emailed to you. Good value when buying in bulk.

Just been into this store for a few things. It seems to me that more and more companies now are employing younger people, because they are cheap to pay for. That's all well and good,but at the loss of good customer service? It's a known fact that if you give poor customer service over a period of time,it will cost you customers. I've noticed the younger members of staff,they are so immature. Whispering to each other,and childishly giggling with each other while looking at customers. The lack of basic customer service like saying please and thank you. The look on their faces of inconvenience every time I ask them a question. It's a shame, because farmfoods do have some good deals,and I only live across the road. But if I have to suffer with the staffs incompetent behaviour every time I need something,then I'd prefer to go to Lidl,which is the same distance to walk in the opposite direction.
