What a waste of time! Booked a phone battery replacement appointment (£70, ready within two hours) yesterday via the EE website. Drove 15 miles, paid for car parking and walked in. ?Sorry mate, we don?t do batteries. We?d have to send it away and it?d cost you a fortune, try the shop down the road ? no, I can?t contact EE and report this ? no my manager doesn?t have any contact with EE either?
Lousy customer service at both website and store that ended up costing me time and money

I went into the stafford store on 4/11/2023 at approximately 09.10 with a technical problem with my phone and the tall gentleman with black hair was very helpful and sorted the issue straight away.Excellent service as always and a big,big thank you to the man who helped me with the problem ?

I recently had a bad experience with my phones.The guys at Stafford EE shop were so helpful and understanding as I had been tricked on a phone call from a company called YOUR MOBILE (long story) There wasn't much they could do to fix my problem but their advice helped me alot. I lost both my phone numbers & I'm still in the process of sorting it out with Ofcom TC.
