Easy parking. Good shop well stocked. Found all we wanted. It was hard struggling to find the fitted sheets that we wanted as there were so many to choose from. Who knew there are so many types. Such a wide range of prices too.

Service was great and tills were fully staffed when the queue got bigger. We are in the middle of moving and bought a few items from here and the service was great. We originally went to The Range but weren't happy with the service or store layout so came here instead and on both visits the till staff were lovely. The shop was also very tidy and was easy to navigate with a baby in a pushchair.

My first click and collect order went badly! The email said to enter a code I would find instore. I went to the checkout area but there was no code. I waited in a long queue where the staff seemed in no hurry to serve anyone. After 15 mins or so it was finally my turn. The staff member told me very abruptly I was in the wrong place and should go and stand by a window! I didn't understand why and she just wanted shot of me. Eventually, by wandering around the store I found a notice with the required code on it. I was joined by another frustrated customer who had had the same experience. We were both then brought our items, but it was an annoying experience. The solution would be for Dunelm to post a notice at the start of the queuing area, giving instructions to anyone here for click and collect. And perhaps also some staff training might be useful too!
