Visited store and Georgia greeted us. We used the machine in store and then tried most of the recommended mattresses whilst Georgia explained the differences. Settled on one of Dreams own mattresses. Great customer service thanks

Visited Stafford store and was met by Hollie. She was absolutely brilliant. She was patient and knowledgeable, offered us a drink and access to the dream machine, she explained everything in great detail. We were made to feel very welcome in store and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very easy purchase even though we only went in the shop to look. Highly recommend this store. We received our mattress which was well priced. We were not at any point told we were receiving a returned mattress. The mattress came with a stains on the sides (the check sheet seems to suggest they checked everything) they clearly didn't.
The driver that came thought it was also part of his job to make an unnecessary comment on the 'big TV' we had. Its called saving up ... I called Dreams once mattress was opened and was basically told what do you expect if it was so cheap (as to suggest stained mattresses are the norm). I then had remind the man on the phone that we were never informed the mattress was clearance because it was a return.
Fantastic service from Shaun. We went in today to buy a mattress and the service was beyond amazing. Shaun is a credit to this store and we will most likely be back in here to buy a second mattress in a few months thanks to the wonderful service we have had today!

From the moment we walked into the store we were very welcome. The sales man (Shaun) listened to what we required and very helpful. He explained the procedure and showed us a variety of mattresses after using the computer bed. There was no pressure into buying. The customer service was second to none.

We recently visited to buy a new mattress as our current one is at the end of its legs! We were helped by a chap called Shaun who was absolutley lovely. He talked us throught the process and helped us try a couple different mattresses before chosing. He didn't make it awkward at all and gave us time to get comfortable. Shaun knew so many facts about the different types of material and pros v cons of each we tried, we feel like it make it so we made an educated decision. There was no hard sell and we can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!

Very professional service. We would highly recommend dreams. We had a lovely young lady named Georgia who took us through our dreams experience. We found a beautiful bed and mattress. We got free pillows and a mattress protector. Then when we paid. We got free delivery and they said they would assemble the bed for us. We couldn't of been happier. Thankyou for finding us a lovely bed and I can't wait to sleep on our very comfy mattress.

Received excellent service from Hollie who made the visit a very pleasant experience.
She firstly asked what my needs were and set up the electronic assessment mattress to find out what would be the best options.
Finding out what would be best she explained all the services available and gave me a great final deal for mattress, protector, pillow and insurance.
Would have no hesitation in referring anyone to Dreams.

Today we were helped by Hollie in your dreams bed store & what a delight it was
Hollie was very knowledgeable about all the beds & gave us a lot of information before we decided on a bed that suited us
We got to lie on quite a few & Hollie gave us space to chat & decide before coming back to us to see if we were ready to buy
Also as suggested we upgraded our pillows

I had a wonderful experience at Dreams of Stafford today thanks to the helpful and friendly service from the shop assistant Mina. She was affable, attentive and knowledgeable about the products, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made shopping easy and enjoyable. I will definitely return here for any further matresses or pillows that i need. Highly recommend! Kev.
