DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!
Placed an order which I followed in the app, sat in quality inspection for 25 minutes before being sent out for delivery!
Called the shop to chance delivery where I was informed of staffing issues, quite why this was my concern I don?t know!
If you don?t have the delivery staff either don?t take the orders OR telephone the customer and explain, don?t just do NOTHING!
When I asked the staff member why this would be my problem I was spoken to like crap and had the phone put down me and my further calls went unanswered!
Food arrived cold and inedible as you would expect!
Head office complaint going in tomorrow !

Ordered a large Chicken Tikka pizza for collection and the person who took the order said it will take 15 min but got the pizza a bit late and after reaching home it was a total disappointment. They have Ham and pineapple pizza inside. When i went back to the shop and asked about the wrong order there was no proper response and I needed to wait for a longer time for my pizza which turned out to be a half cooked pizaa(Dough is not fully cooked). I don't know whether it was a mistake or they are taking customers for granted but they never bothered to answer me instead they prepared a pizza and handed it over to me. Worst service . Hereafter if someone comes to order say 60 minutes instead of 15 minutes

Been using Dominoes for years,never really had issues,but the last two were pretty bad. Was up with a nasty dose of V/D,can't be 100% certain that the pizza was the issue but it put me off ordering for a couple of months till last week,the pizza was cooked on one side and flat and hard on the other,my partner said not to complain so I didn't ...but you aren't cheap and apparently have quality control(??)...raise your game

I ordered something from Domino?s stafford, and encountered a problem! I rang the store and Poppy was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to, and was very quick to rectify the error. Poppy went above and beyond and even delivered the new pizza herself! I appreciate all your hard work! Thank you
