It's ok. Lots of useful stuff. Staff are attentive and helpful though they don't always have the expertise you would like them to have. Saying that the tech world is always changing so probably hard to keep up.

This evening, I visited Currys to collect my 65-inch Sony TV. Unfortunately, the TV didn?t fit in my car. Despite Tom and Andy?s efforts to find a solution, their main priority was ensuring the TV could be transported safely, which I greatly appreciated.
We agreed to refund and reorder the TV for home delivery, with a small delivery charge. They also honored the online price I had paid for the TV.
Tom and Andy were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the TV I was purchasing. They even provided me with the full specifications, which I hadn?t been aware of before. I found their service outstanding?they?re a real credit to Currys.
My TV is scheduled to be delivered next Tuesday, and I can?t wait!

Great experience at Curry?s in Stafford this afternoon. Came in wanting to buy a hard drive to expand the storage on my Xbox console but wasn?t sure what was the best option, so asked an employee called Chris and he helped me out by saying that an expansion card would be right for me and that it would be better to buy that than getting 2 separate hard drives which was really good to know. Really helpful and he was really straight and to-the-point about which storage option I should purchase. Would definitely go and ask him again about things like this.

I was served by Chris yesterday when I went in to buy a new TV and he was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. He gave me so much time, at no point did I feel rushed. In the end he found the perfect model that fit my budget but also met my needs as a gamer. He was a really nice guy and clearly knew his job very well. The TV has been amazing and really exceeded my expectations.
I can?t recommend this store more. Thanks!

Walked round for ages looking lost. When I asked for help they didn't know what was in stock and what was. Once I got the printer they didn't have the ink.... but it's okay, the printer has some in. *eye roll*

I was in the IPad section for half an hour on a Thursday evening and not one employee said hello or asked if I needed help. I saw plenty employees available. I was on the fence of buying until I realised this and decided to leave and buy from Apple indeed.
