It was really easy to make an appointment and on the day of the appointment there was no waiting - my appointment was right on time. The staff were really helpful, and provided some really useful advice, they looked after us brilliantly and explained everything clearly. Both myself and my husband will be using this service again - so much easier than our Doctors and you weren?t made to feel like your time was up.

Used to be really helpful and great customer service so I can't take that away from the pharmacy team.Twice now had to get my prescription released electronically to chase round desperately last minute so distressing when it's very important medication that you cannot stop taking. Not even infomed that the order cannot be fulfilled till the point of going to collect. No offer of part order to keep you going, No txts anymore to say once ready for collection. Only decent service left is the med point which is pretty much redundant considering there are no orders to put in.Even ordering my sons diabetes medication is a struggle, one order placed a month ago then advised to keep a back up. When went to enquire told we only ordered it this week and it's not ready.After explaining the fridge was checked and the order is sitting there.......

Each time I?ve used the chemist I have waited over 30min for a single item, during work hours/not before or after work.It?s clear they need another lead pharmacist that can approve prescriptions going out, especially as she also does injections. The forward planning isn?t great and speed of service is very slow. The staff are pleasant enough.

I am new to the area and used this pharmacy for convenience as they are located next the the Doctors surgery. My experience thus far has been unsatisfactory. They take 3 to 5 days to process the prescription that is received electronically from the Doctors. If it is an actute medication that has been prescribed it should be prescribed the same day or the very next day. When it takes 3 to 5 days to process an acute drug it defeats the purpose whilst the patient is suffering. When l queried about the time it takes i was told by the pharmacist that people should learn to manage their expectations. I was taken aback by this response from the pharmacist. I trust the powers to be will be seriously be looking at their working practices.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The 24hr collection machine is a bonus and allows me to collect my medication after work or at weekends, which is great as I'm always busy. I would definitely recommend.

The ladies that work there are always so helpful. Make finding what I need very easy and very organised with prescriptions. Never had any issues with my meds. They are very efficient in ensuring medication is available on time whenever possible. They keep the store very tidy and clean which gives me a very good impression of the pharmacy.
