First and foremost, no issues with connells themselves at all. Polite when visiting tenants, do they?re job properly, couldn?t fault them. However Helen at the branch, was incredibly rude over the phone with us, then to come in store and be met with the same attitude was a big shame. It?s never nice to be told you?re losing your home, I understand it?s a day to day job for the staff but unfortunately the routine and Rhythm of it being a job has dehumanised the entire journey of it. Not at all happy with the customer service from Helen at all today, it?s one thing being told you have to move but being spoken to the way we were about it, was not necessary and could have been done better!

We couldn't thank Roberta Cooper-Evans more for all her help.As first time buyers, she made the whole process smooth and easy for us! She is the only mortgage adviser who actually try to put my name on the morgage (as I?m under a spouse visa) with my husband.So thanks to Roberta for her help with the mortgage side of it and every other side as life insurance cover and the home insurance cover. Although we didn?t buy through Connell?s, We nominated Sian as our mortgage adviser. As first time buyers we were unsure of the process and nervous to start our journey. Sian was very supportive and helped us every step of the way and made sure to update us regularly so we weren't kept in the dark. We would 100% recommend Sian, even if you aren?t buying through Connells!

Sian has been so wonderful in helping us, first time buyers, secure a great mortgage with a few add-ons. We had the perfect experience with Connells. We had Sian in particulary & she held our hand throughout this new experience for us, gave us all the options, all the information & was straight & honest with us. We really couldnt have asked for more from her! The team around her, Ryan in particular, theyre thorough, cant do enough for you & seem to have great communication around the office to support one another when somebody may be off on annual leave. It was excellent that we could just call up or walk in, unannounced at times to ask a question oer get some support. If we move again, this is where we will go, theyve made our first time buyers experience so much easier than it couldve been.

We have recently purchased a property with Sian acting as our mortgage broker.
