Used this pharmacy for years, funds keep being reduced so less staff, due to no fault of their own. Always eager to help and very supportive. Think their getting a rough deal, never had any issues, staff are all amazing.

The pharmacist and blond assistant are friendly and caring . The rest of the team could learn from their colleagues!
They don?t acknowledge that you are there, you wait ages every time and when you get to the counter you get a blank stare, no greeting. They don?t make you feel comfortable, acknowledged or seen they are incredibly rude, unless you are a friend where they will chat for ages while the rest of us wait.
Once again I was behind a friend of theirs who they were laughing and joking with, even blowing kisses when she left, then eventually turn to me with that vacant blank stare, silence, no greeting with a look that says ?what are you doing here??
Really rude and hostile staff .
This along with the opening time lottery is poor, poor service to patients, customers and your community, you are letting yourselves and everybody else down.
Honestly this has gone on for years now and you need to do better with your customers .

They never answer the phones, prescriptions are never ready on time and you have to physically go in store to ask them to get your prescription ready, to which you are told it?ll be two days. Not good, especially when I?m collecting for someone who?s been discharged from hospital after amputation!

What a joke of a pharmacy. You desperately need medication and you head over there at opening time (8am) and there?s no one there. So you wait and you wait. 8:20, pharmacy still isn?t open. Already bad enough that a pharmacy opens so late but to not even bother turning up at opening time is disgusting!!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever used in that my repeat prescriptions supplied by the Doctors surgery were never ready for collection. Not once monthly over a year. And to compound it several times told it would be 20 minutes wait and returning more than half an hour and longer still not made up.

This is a very friendly and helpful and hardworking Chemist . The Staff will try their best to help you and explain your medication if you have not had it before. After going in to collect my perscription I now understand why they can't sometimes answer the phone ,with all the work that's been put on them and staff shortages . I understand that sometimes my perscription is not ready but all I have to do is come down ,explain and they go above and beyond to forfill it before you leave.
