Came in for several things including morning goods and cooks meals. The pastries looked pale and almost raw. The cooks freezers had empty boxes over the cheat freezers meaning I couldn't access them. Barely got half of my shopping, very disappointing.

Recent refurbishment inside gives the place a darker, slightly overpowering feeling. I'd expected a much brighter pallet of colours to give a lighter, more airier experience while shopping. I love the cafe, though. Great idea!

Good friendly staff, a good level of stock of all kinds, a bit expensive on some items though.

There has been a renovation of the store, very nice and modern, still plenty of stock with great choices, staff are super friendly and helpful.
There has also been a cafe added, good coffee and as always, friendly staff.
Overall great place to shop.

Went in today and one of my items,chocolate, said one price but was charged at a higher price. Male colleague did offer me a refund but I wanted said item. He just moved the other ones to where they were supposed to be then left. As this was their mistake, I thought I would get it at price it said

Car park not so good at the moment as they're having work done in the car park so parking is not good. They're taking up too much of the bays.

All staff members are incredibly welcoming. I would like to say a special thank you to Sue (no idea what your surname is)! She has the most wonderful customer service skills. I regularly shop here and she is one of lifes best. Always friendly, down to earth and caring. Whilst waiting, I have seen her interact with many customers of all ages and she is always so kind with everyone. Many thanks for making my regular shopping trips better than the best!
