Awful Awful Awful Customer Services. Girl in there with blonde tight curly hair requires training. Snappy and nasty. Always miserable and moody and extremely unwelcoming. Not just me stating this! Most of the others are great, particularly the young lads!

We just popped in to grab a couple of snacks and had an unpleasant experience with the member of staff serving on the till. No manners and gave us a few comments that were unnecessary. All we may have done to annoy her was we were trying to find our member cards to scan and so she said she had to rescan our items for us to use it but we weren?t asked if we have one to scan so apologised for the inconvenience. Left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Won?t be returning.

The short rather big woman with dark brown hair the one thats meant to be the store manager, is just beyond rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am struggling to understand who gave her this position as she has no manners and has no idea how to deal with customers. Disgusting behaviour. She should be fired.

Use the store often , has a good selection of produce, and has an in store post office , most importantly has very polite and friendly staff .

Staff need customer service training. Shouldn?t be listening to staff members slagging each other off whilst paying for my goods. Staff members shouldn?t be screaming at elderly people in the post office queue to tell them that they?re closing in 15 minutes and no one else can join.
