Omg I was gathered by staff as a woman of diferent culture,I felt disgraced infront my 5 year old daugter today.laura was shouting at me that I should leave for trying to explain my self over a 3 voucher which I purchased and never left the store with which wasn't working even after she tried it herself.they were very rude and unfriendly.the manager was more respectful and although she help me but in the end with the attitude of Laura and her co workers she started acting as them.my daughter was clinging unto me in fear and not one of them been nice.i ask Laura to help me she was so upset she never answer.i have proof.i was asked not to come back in a public store because I wanted a refund for a faulty card or because Laura took a personal dislike to me as diferent person.i wouldn't go back likewise my kids friends or family.
Laura is too unkind and my daughter said she is scared of her.

The staff don't help you on the self checkout machine because they think it's going to save there jobs! Not chatting and doing your job will save your job more, all middle aged women who think they know best, not very diverse

Post office advertised 17:30 closing (an confirmed over the phone), I arrived 17:19 with a parcel was told it?s closed. Poor service.
