Some of the items you sell here do get marked down in value for silly reasons and this has been agreed by staff in the past. I understand they want quality good to resell but I've also seen some of the rubbish they try n sell as c grade. Staff are friendly enough and there's a great display on show of electrical gear to buy.

This store has a particular staff member who is absolutely brilliant and I'm annoyed at myself because I didn't think to get his name. But he was working on a Monday afternoon so that might narrow it down.I went in today and had a specific request regarding buying something. The staff member I spoke to not only dealt with my query in a friendly and professional way but he did something extremely kind that saved me from spending money, even though he could have quite easily not done it and had me pay it.He didn't know it but I was extremely strapped for cash and what he did saved me money and made my day. Thank you, sir! I shall be using Stafford CeX again and telling people how great its staff are thanks to you.

Very pleasant experience. I purchased a rush hour trilogy Cd during my wallow. Next time I would love to see a more organised shelf of cds. The queue consisted of only 4 people yet it took them a total of 12 minutes and 49 seconds and 197 piconanoseconds to review everyone's purchases. Will be coming again.

Charging £80 for Pokémon games that were sold for £25 when they came out is criminal. One of the staff even told me it's because the games aren't made anymore and it's just because they can charge that much.
