Dont buy anything from here people cause they wont refund u if its broken or not working cause there staff are rubbish and cant check there equipment they buy in to make sure its ok to sell im 170 pound down because of the the equipment i brought back still had there stickers and they said they cant back to when i brought the stuff witch is bull cash converters stafford uscustomer sevice is poor and for whats happened today u may as well just robbed me i will be contacting acass regarding this matter if i could give u 0 stars i would

Very helpful store,I bought a Samsung s21 plus phone from Stafford store,unfortunately after a week the screen stopped working, so I returned to the store to complain ,they examined the phone and with no hesitation asked if I wanted a refund or another phone,I chose another phone which was a upgraded same model,thank you Ben for your politeness and help 10 out 10

My smart phone died suddenly and I had to replace quickly. Received service which was second to none at the Stafford store. They listened and lined me up with a perfect replacement, with no pushy sales tactics - just friendly, down to earth honest chat. Then went above and beyond to rebuild my new phone's apps and re-install contacts for me which they really didn't need to do... so impressed! Took the stress out of the whole situation. Thanks so much for the 5 star service.

By far the worst cash converters. Completely clueless and rip offs. The shop in Wellington is far better. They offered me more than double the stafford shop

I bought a mobile phone (online) which was blacklisted, after less than a month of my receiving it. The store had bought it from someone who did not own it, rather they?d received it on contract and failed to complete their payments. This could have been avoided by simple due diligence. The store should have asked for proof of purchase. When asked, they (Sarah) aid this was pointless, as people can always report a phone as stolen to claim on an insurance policy. Not much point in buying a used phone from this branch of Cash Converters, then!

Rich at my local cash converters kindly got me out of a very sticky situation when my son?s Christmas present I ordered on line didn?t turn up. Rich and the staff are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - if you are ever stuck it is certainly worth a visit. I would highly recommend.

One of the best branches of Cash Converters I've used! Prices are always very competitive and I can always find a bargain for my retro game collection. Went in Sunday and the guy behind the counter, Chris, was super friendly and helpful. I'll be visiting again soon!

I would just like to say, Chris Wallbanks is the best member of staff you have ever employed. What a gentlemen! Anytime I go into your store he is always the first to greet me and ask if I need anything. He is very helpful when it comes to buying electronics and hes just an overall lovely chap.

Contacted Cash Converters yesterday afternoon to ask them to keep an eye out for my sons bike which had been stolen on Saturday afternoon. Spoke to a lovely guy called Richard who took all the details off me and advised they?d contact the Police if anything came up. Later that evening we had a call from the Police to say they?d recovered it thanks to Cash Converters help! We?re over the moon to get it back, especially my 12 year old. A massive Thank You!
