I can?t recommend this wonderful opticians highly enough.I normally wear contact lenses, but decided against them during the current climate, as don?t want to keep touching my eyes, etc. I therefore took to wearing my glasses.However, the arm fell off my glasses and so I was totally stuck. I contacted my usual opticians (I don?t live in Penkridge), who advised me to go to a branch in Birmingham!I also rang all other opticians in Cannock, but they were either closed for Lockdown, or wouldn?t help me, because I wasn?t their customer.Carolyn Parker Opticians was recommended by 3 of my friends and so I called them to see if they could help.To my amazement, I was invited to take my glasses straight over for repair whilst I waited!I drove over (wearing my prescription sunglasses) and James took the glasses from me to try to salvage, whilst I waited in my car.Just 10 mins later, James came out with repaired glasses and refused any payment!What an absolutely fantastic service!Friendly, professional AND KIND!Thank you so much. ?
