I cannot praise and thank Caley and Kulin , especially Lauren and Alison enough for all their hard work in the selling of our house and the purchase of our new home . We appreciate all the help they gave us along the way , they kept in contact with us and informed us throughout the process and pushed and made sure everything was achieved on time . We recently sold and purchased homes with Caley and Kulin. Having met a few estate agents, we felt many to be overly corporate in their approach and chose the Caley and Kulin team because of their warm and 'human' approach; we wanted a team we could trust and depend on as we journeyed through ine of the most stressful points in your life!The Caley and Kulin team did not disappoint. Their accessibility is fantastic (9am-9pm 7 days per week) and as a small team, they soon got to know us and what we needed from our sale/purchase, advising us all the way.The best part of the service was the post sale support (Alison is an absolute star!). Alison was our anchor through the process and our go-to person when things wasn't going to plan. I often found Alison knew more about the sale/purchase that our solicitors (that's another story and review!) and she was quick to pick-up the phone and get things back on track for us!

Mark from C&K gave a fair and honest valuation of our house and we sold for just under the asking price. (At the time of the sale it had become a buyers market) The C&K team have been easy to work with and provided a great service. If any house sale can be called painless it was thanks to the team. C&K were brilliant throughout our house sale, we used them for both the purchase and sale of the property. They were so enthusiastic throughout and kept pushing through what was quite a complicated sale. Without their enthusiasm it may well not have gone through.
