Great coffee and nice pistachio mousse cake but let down very badly by only 1 staff member being there, and had a queue. Can't blame the single staff member, she looked run off her feet.
There were dirty tables and quite a few had not had dirty mugs etc cleaned away. When I was queuing, I saw the staff member throwing beakers and mixing mugs in the sink then a quick swill before using them, not good.
My local Nero always has at least 2 staff serving and are always able to clean tables and wash the crockery and beakers properly.

£7.90 for 2 medium lattes extortionate and weren't even in medium cups , tea spoons we're also dirty and customer service wasn't that great.
