Received reminder of flu vaccination appointment then 5 hours later they cancel only for an appointment 10 mins earlier to be available ????? then less than 4 hours before the new appointment they conveniently decide to cancel again! What a joke!

I went to Boots in Stafford, the staff were not very helpful when I asked about a product,and the lady at the till wasn't happy when she had over charged me for something and had to go and check the price..then took all my points off,instead of just the £6 I'd been over charged.
