Whent in to try out there new cash machines. as a wheelchair user I had problems with the old machines due to the angle and lighting but there are none of these problems with the new machines. Easy to Reach and touch screen very responsive. Also Ask a member of staff (Becky) a question and got good service on it. Becky was unsure of a new feature to banking and whent to ask for clarification from a Manager. Got the reply I needed and a good experiance.
