Popped in today 22.6.25 - approx 3pm) to return some decking paint, staff went above and beyond and the lady who helped me was amazing, so helpful (can?t remember her name! Tall, young and dark hair) we then went to the paint mixing counter and the girl there was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely be back, thanks for the great experience!

Great customer service I've received from b and q Stafford paint desk from Jennie. Found the exact wallpaper I needed for one room and also mixed paint to match . Made my trip there very easy indeed. Highly recommend

Absolutely over the moon extremely satisfied with the service from a lady named jennie from the decor section. She mixed my paint perfectly great match for my furniture. Very helpful and polite ? couldn't do enough to help in general. Fantastic service ?
