Very dated needs some serious tlc, rooms could do with a good clean. Certainly wouldn't choose this place again.

Location was ideal for us near Cannock chase. Room was the generous size & had the facilities we were expecting. As an ex-housekeeper I wasn?t impressed with the cleanliness however. Dead flies and bugs on our sons bed by the window - clearly weren?t fresh sheets. Our bed had been made up with the sheets the wrong way around. Bathroom had pee & cleaning product around the base of the toilet. Bins were dirty under the bags / around the outside. All things that matter when your toddler touches everything!! Bathroom in general was a bit on the shabby side / didn?t feel very fresh. We?d still stay again for convenience but didn?t feel the price reflected the standard of cleaning provided.

Usb ports not working in room nor one socket. Clean but a bit dated. Weird smell in hotel and more so in the room but it was ok as a base to just put our heads down for a couple of nights. Not sure we would come back again

Stayed for one night with my girlfriend. We were greeted by a polite member of staff on reception. The room was clean and tidy however, the bed wasn't very comfortable and there was some noise from people outside in the night (it does have a petrol station and burger right outside so maybe not ideal. The location isn't the best for accessing the motorway and there is quite a bit of traffic on a weekday morning. Did the job for what was needed.

Tired rooms but served their purpose. Off the forecourt of a garage and burger king. Town centre easily accessible. Certainly not justifiable of a cost of £100 per night, mid week, off peak.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel staff lovely and very helpful apart from one of the rooms was for my daughter age 23 and her partner they was in there room fast asleep when my daughter was awake about 3am to fine that their was a naked man that had got in to there room and got in to bed played the side of her which woke her she was horrified along with her partner which flew out of bed told the bloke to leave when he then ask my daughters partner for his short and was told to get lost and have a towel we will never be using this hotel chain ever again all hotel said was sorry and refunded the money for room I not happy and will be taking this further

Great staff, very friendly and a great spot to explore from.
