After spending £77 on diesel we requested some water for our windscreen but we?re told very abruptly there was no water. ?

This Tesco is currently charging over £1.50 per litre for diesel, when the Tesco in Wolverhampton is charging £1.33 per litre for both petrol and diesel. No excuse for robbing people blind when there's a cost of living emergency going on.

This Tesco are ripping people off. They are charging over £1.50 for a litre of diesel while the Tesco in Wolverhampton is charging £1.33 for both.

I have used this place for a long time. Not any more. It took them months and months to get a few of their pumps fixed and for the past few weeks every time I pull up there's either no petrol or no Deisel. The place is a waste of space, how come all the other Tesco fuel stations don't have this problem. They will lose more customers if they don't get it sorted.

The superstore started ok, even did ok through the pandemic with people panic buying, but the last few months, the shelves and freezers are empty, they have moved everything about, you cant find what they have got, a lot of the fruit & veg are near or on the sell by date. It has totally gone down hill, no doubt they will blame Brexit, but Aldi, Morrisons and even Iceland are stocked up as normal, it needs new management or something, or it might as well close.

Disappointing visit to Tesco in Rugeley for a further time.
Despite mid-morning on a Saturday - so many shelves empty, poor stocks of fruit and veg, flowers few, freezers empty??
Customers were expressing their frustration.
Interestingly, comments from staff members ranged from ?It?s cause of Brexit? (Bakery staff member who suggested I get muffins from Aldi !) ?..? The delivery hasn?t arrived yet? (staff member filling shelves)?..?We are still short of staff? (Staff member on Customer Services)??.?The freezers have gone down because it was too hot yesterday? (staff member on fresh food aisle) ??..but Morrisons, Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose had no issues??????
Come on Tesco Rugeley - this is the second Saturday in about three weeks where I have had this experience.
Really poor service?.. time to review where I shop.

Is hit and miss whether you have to wait in a 15 minute queue for fuel or not- you can tell when you get to the roundabout. Also hit and miss with the staff, get rather irritated feeling like I'm interrupting a conversation when going in to pay

Nice flat forecourt with good grip for motorcycles. Pay at pump and clubcard points. Reasonable prices. Handy supermarket next door too.

Very easy to use the petrol station and staff members are very friendly

You don't really go here unless you need fuel. in which case it's adequate. Although people lose all sense of humanity and decency when trying to get on the forecourt. "NO, after you Dorothy, I insist."

Have to come at the right time to get a pump or you got to wait along time. One good thing is that it's better price for fuel than any other place I've been too.
