“I visited 2/9 and used scan as you shop but on arrival at the till my shopping wouldn't load. I went through till 19 at 1606 and the lady was so friendly and helpful. She helped me load my shopping on and helped pack. I wasn't feeling too well and have a hidden disability so she made the experience very smooth and I didn't feel rushed.
