Took over 40 minutes to arrive which would have been fine had the food been edible. Food was absolutely shocking, must have been sat for a long time as we ordered the sub melt and it came stone cold and it was so hard we couldn't even bite through it. Won't be ordering again shocking quality for the price you pay

Rude staff (except the young one - Katie I?m sure her name is), all table dirty, floor covered in food. £14 for 2 6? meal deals, it?s not worth it.
At no point has anyone come out to do any cleaning.
Asked about the code for toilet door, told ?on your receipt?. I said ?I?m not sure where I?ve put it? and was told ?well you?ll need to find it?. They could clearly see I was a single dad with 2 young children

If you?re into stale bread this should be your go to, if I could give no stars I would..
We got two footlongs earlier this afternoon and when we went to eat them less than an hour later it was saddening to feel/find the bread was stale. Not the lovely soft bread we should have but hard horrible and stale..
Why oh why is that? When it?s picked up surely they can feel the breads hard and discard it?
No wonder they asked if I wanted them toasting as I?m sure that would hide the fact they were stale..
Sadly when asked ?what type of bread? I?d like, I even said ?your softest? so god only knows what the rest was like if these were the softest..
Anyway as there?s plenty of decent QS food offerings around I?d suggest you avoid this place like the plague..
Sad, really sad they let this quality out to customers..
No way will I return and I?d suggest you done either..

Bread was hard, it is normally soft but was tough this time, the lettuce on my sandwich was browning and wasn?t as fresh as I would have liked, normally have decent sandwiches but this one was a real let down.

My son went in this afternoon & a girl called Kate was serving, she was making an uber eats order up when he arrived, he waited patiently, she asked him what bread he wanted, he told her Italian, she proceeded to put ham on the bread, when he questioned her she told him it wasn?t his sandwich & rolled her eyes, he waited again for her to make another sandwich (he was the only person in the shop) when she asked what he wanted he told her cheese, which she then rolled her eyes again & asked if she?d got to change her gloves (she had been picking up meat) he?s a vegetarian so yes please remove your gloves, isn?t this common knowledge when handling food? Her attitude absolutely stunk considering she works in a customer service roll, rolling her eyes, huffing & puffing, if you don?t like your job & dealing with customers do everyone a favour & find a different job!

Parking: Located next too the Travelodge
Holding a competition and all parking bays full so all other cars just dumped anywhere without any thought of hotel guests
Need to be a bit more organised as my only option in a van was blocking the drive through which also probably affected burger kings trade

Bread was rock hard and cold even though toasted as the service was super slow left my toasted sandwich on the side while serving 2 other people .
Rock hard bread and no taste.

Enjoyed it, quick friendly service.
Note that if you want to eat in, this place is not great - void of any atmosphere and is Probably the most unwelcoming seating space you can find at a uk subway

Very impressed with professional service from lady serving when I got a little confused about my rewards. She explained where I was miss understanding and even re entered my order for me to get the best benefit. All the time happy and smiling. One happy customer. Thank you.
