Lovely hotel stayed one night on the 5th April got there about half nine wish I knew the ladies name that helped me she kept me out of sleeping under a railway bridge so thank you very much to you hotel is top notch rooms and the beds are warm and cosy

We was welcomed by a lovely lady on reception who made a fuss over our two girls because it was Thier birthday and gave them chocolates and made a note to the restaurant who put a banner on the table for them, the hotel is let down by the rooms although they were clean they are excruciatingly hot we turned on the AC and left it on while we was at dinner, when we returned it was reasonable so we turned it off as the unit itself is incredibly loud.
At 1 am I woke up because of the heat and went to open the window for air but found the windows don't open so I put on a fan that was on a shelf and went back to bed, I then woke up at 2 because of the heat which the thermostat was reading 27 degrees (I might add outside temperature was 5 degrees so absolutely no heatwave) I then turned on the AC and at half 4 both me and my partner were woken back up by the noise of the AC.
I had a horrible night's sleep, I wanted to use the good night's sleep guarantee and no membership of staff was to be found.
Premier inn prides itself on good value and best nights sleep, as I had a horrible night's sleep I don't think you can say either statement is true, it's a shame as the staff the day before were amazing but no where to be seen the next day, I would imagine after seeing other reviews this is because they actively avoid complaints in the morning

Absolutely awful, the accomodation is dirty. I had a room move as my room wasn?t clean, the bedsheets changed and after having a second change of bedding I decided to check out and stay in a different hotel. The redhill restaurant next door is awful, microwaved food which isn?t even cooked properly. This was a business stay however it was awful and I checked out.

Couldn't fault it for the price, immaculately clean, friendly staff, fast check-in, and check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and was excellent value for money as well as plentiful.
Rooms: Good size, well maintained and immediately clean.
Food and drinks: Reasonable priced food and drink.

Receptionist had the welcoming manner of a concentration camp.
The room was clean but the bathroom was tired and had an awful awful damp smell, desperately needing a spray of bleach in places.

Stayed overnight for an event early the next morning. Cracking breakfast buffet next door; late check-in staff were super helpful and the room was really well presented.
