Im absolutely disgusted with the guy who works in the pharmacy..I over heard him being rude to a old guy for no reason all to make his self look good - pathetic your in the wrong job you cannot talk to customer the way you did and get away with it ..I even told a member of staff your being rude to an old guy !!
It wasn't just me who heard you ..oh you made sure of that .. everyone heard you and was flabbergasted the way you was with him !!
Morrisons Pharmacy- train your staff to talk to people probably!

Staff are slow rude and lazy, a few weeks ago they sold me some tablets for sinus problems then when i went to the doctors and show them what i was taking they said i should not have been sold them as with my health problem they could do me harm , when i went back and told staff they did not care and said my doctor was wrong.
Two days ago my partner went in to collect a prescription they said it was not ready and come back tomorrow, went back next day to be told come back after 1 pm , went back at 4 pm to be told they don?t sell the product and gave her the prescription back 2 wasted days and 3 wasted trips and again rude and unprofessional. Should be closed down .
To be honest the entire shop is rubbish staff are all rude self checkouts are the slowest i have used and they take an age to come and sort it out

Staff are rude and state that they need at least a week to fill a prescription.
If you ring up asking for an update they sigh down the phone.
Apparently if your prescription is sent down to the doctors they don?t get it.
They have also not given the right amount of medication or state it?s not in stock.
Unsure as to why they are so rude but it?s disgusting Behaviour for supposedly adults.

Probably the worst ive been too... staff are slow and lazy even though there are atleast 4 people behind the counter..never ready on the day, always atleast 30mins wait or its come back tomorrow. This pharmacy needs a good shake up to say the least. Forget this place and suffer in silence?

Queues,more queues,all down to the staff asking customers if they need their prescription on that day,a lot say no-so are told to come back tomorrow,blah blah,hence when you go back,there are more queues.Can never find prescriptions,or regularly,prescriptions haven't yet been done. Even one that customers are life-dependant on.Lack of privacy when giving your name and address,people over hear.
