Food cold .I ad fish and chips .fish was warm.2 off the staff at the cafe was rude.i ordered my food. She asked 4 times so it should off been correct. I ad to ask for food missing off my meal and food missing off my friends meal.the attitude off the lady who brought the food was very abrupt and said I didn't take ur order.this is the 3rd time out off 4 that food hasn't been up to scratch. Will not be going for food again at this morrisons. I av never ad a problem with food at any other morrisons. What a disgrace .feel sorry for morrisons avin such incompetent staff.

The service here is a joke, they are all so slow, not pleasant, not welcoming. It's also not very clean. The staff look like unorganised chaos.

Popped in for tea cake & coffee.. coffee was lovely ..tea cake on the other hand soaking dripping wet of butter/ marg that was vile I did try and scrap it off -no go ..what a waste of money !!
I won't be ordering that again !!

I tend to go for breakfast and get the sausage sandwich as a quick breakfast and it?s always dished up quickly and piping hot. The staff are friendly and the customer are happy and chatty

Service was awful. Tables were dirty and the young girl in the kitchen was rude when I asked to swap the sausage for bacon as my daughter doesn't like sausage which they didn't accommodate at all, got given 1 sauce between 5 of us, my first vist here and it wasn't a good one

Stood 5 mins waiting to be served!, then ordered 2 lots of loaded crosscut fries which was supposed to come with barbecue sauce and cheese drizzle on the menu and requesting one with bacon the other with grated cheese..... Half hour wait fair enough it was lunch time, when it arrived just grated cheese on one and bacon on other NO sauces at all... When asking at the counter I was told in no uncertain terms that I should of asked for " Loaded" fries as that was a different item, No way!! as I'd made a thing about extra cheese and bacon at the till when ordering and paid for the Loaded fries in the first place.Customer service is cr#p I will not be using your cafe again and I will certainly not recommend you to my friends

I went in for lunch about 3-30pm it looked as if the food had been warmed up again and the tables were dirty this as happened a few times so I will not be visiting Morriston again in the near future.

Visited this place as we were shopping here. We ordered 1 x half chicken dinner 2 x egg on toast and 2 hash browns. The chicken was just about warm. The roast potatoes,were missing ad they had none. The eggs were hard as nails so went back and the replacement eggs were stone cold. These went back too. The hash browns were very nice. The staff are pleasant but the service is dire. Been herehalf hour and we still waiting for a refund. It's cold in here too. Avoid this place ad it's rubbish.

Had lunch at Morrisons Rugeley. Chose Southern fried chicken burger. Very poor, chicken had no taste (very bland). " Salad was a couple of leaves of lettuce on the bun - no tomato or mayo as shown. Slaw was basically onion and mayo. Morrisons used to do lovely meals, but not any more.?

Took car to have MOT. Place was clean and easy for the disabled, unfortunately the experience was ruined by another customer who had a moan about the table we were sitting at. The food was cold but this could have due to the fact the plates were not warmed, because of this and the customer we will not be visiting again in the near future.

Called in for breakfast, bad idea. Morissons used to be the place for breakfast years ago, I'm sorry, but it's gone downhill very fast. I ordered the small breakfast, I asked for a poached egg, I could have used it as a Powerball, it was that rubbery. Sausage was "gristly" and soaked in oil. Bacon was dried up. Beans cold. Best bit was the hash brown. I wouldn't recommend this place.
